To maximize the viewport size when you're using Netscape, you have to disable some Toolbars in the "View" menu; in the IE you must hide the toolbars "Links" or "Radio" using drag & drop (or disable toolbars in the menu).
Try full viewport!
Besides, try hiding the Windows95 task-toolbar!
